The present invention relates to a real-time sterilizing and disinfecting apparatus, comprising: a positive electrode plate, on one surface of which a plurality of positive electrode protrusions are formed; a negative electrode plate spaced apart from the front ends of the plurality of positive electrode protrusions, and on one surface of which a plurality of negative electrode protrusions are formed such that the negative electrode protrusions face the respective positive electrode protrusions; a power supply unit which supplies DC power to the positive electrode plate and to the negative electrode plate; and a curved flow channel forming member made of an insulating material and tightly interposed between the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate, forming an airtight zigzag flow channel through a space thereof penetrating through the thickness direction thereof, wherein said flow channel has two or more curves, extending from an inlet port for the inflow of water to be sterilized to an outlet port for the outflow of the sterilized water, and wherein said plurality of negative electrode protrusions and the positive electrode protrusions are located in the flow channel. The real-time sterilizing and disinfecting apparatus of the present invention sterilizes and disinfects a large amount of contaminated water or produces a great amount of sterilized water on a real-time basis during a short period of time in which the water passes through the flow channel extending from the inlet port to the outlet port. |
