<p>PURPOSE: A method for separating two adhered plates is provided to separate two plates to be reusable and stable by strongly fixing the two plates which are attached by inserting an adhesive sheet or a curable resin layer using a jig apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A method for separating two adhered plates comprises: a first step of fixing two pieces of plates(1,2), which are attached by inserting an adhesive sheet or a curable resin layer(3) to first and second jigs(7A,7B); a second step of separating the two plates by generating shear stress for breaking the adhesive sheet or the curable resin layer by transferring at least one of the first and second jigs; and a third step of separating the two plates from the jigs after separation. In the first step, one or two plates are inserted into a silicon adhesive sheet(5) or a porous adhesive sheet(6) to be fixed to the jigs.</p> |
