<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the attachment/detachment work of a component by preventing a fixing member, e.g., a screw, for fixing a component from moving to a secluded place in an apparatus even when the fixing member separates from the attachment/detachment part such as an internally threaded part. <P>SOLUTION: A closing part 12 is formed in a holding member 1 of a fan 20, and a partition 22 is formed in a mounting member 2 constituting the mounting position of the holding member 1. A space 4 where only the open face 41 on the upstream side of the holding member 1 in the insertion and removal direction is open is formed by the closing part 12 and the partition 22. An internally threaded part 224 is formed in the sixth face 223 of the partition 22 facing the open face 41 in the space 4, and the holding member 1 is secured to the mounting member 2 by means of a screw 3 being screwed into the internally threaded part 224 by penetrating a part of the closing part 12 from the open face 41.
