<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive film laminate with which formation of a spacer and adhesion between opposing adherends can be easily performed and productivity can be improved. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive film laminate includes: an adhesive film 2 composed of a three layer structure in which a first adhesive layer 2b and a second adhesive layer 2c each composed of thermosetting epoxy-based adhesive are formed on both surfaces of a base material 2a composed of a heat resistant resin film; a peeling film 3 having an adhesive layer or a parting agent layer 3b adhering to the first adhesive layer 2b; and a carrier film 4 having an adhesive layer 4b adhering to the second adhesive layer 2c. The base material 2a has a thickness of 20-500 μm, and the adhesive layers 2b, 2c each have a thickness of 5-50 μm and flexibility even in a completely cured state, and the epoxy-based adhesive is heat treated to a semi-cured state, and is in a solid state and has flexibility at 25°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
