Disclosed is a roll motion control device for an in-wheel motor-driven electric vehicle. The roll motion control device for the in-wheel motor-driven electric vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a suspension system, in which each wheel is provided with a spring that is extended or compressed by a degree corresponding to an angle defined between a virtual link of the suspension system and a road by applying, as a component force, a driving or braking force of a wheel which are generated by friction between the wheel, which is rotated by torque from an in-wheel motor, and the road, to a vehicle frame so as to interrupt a vertical motion of the vehicle frame caused by a roll motion when the vehicle turns.
