摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of suppressing sticking of radioactive nuclides on a plant constitution member that can further reduce the radioactive nuclides sticking on an atomic power plant constitution member. <P>SOLUTION: Both ends of a circulation pipe of a coating formation apparatus are connected to a recirculation system pipe of a BWR plant (S1). Chemical decontamination of the interior of the recirculation system pipe is performed (S2). Water (or a coating forming solution) flowing in the circulation pipe is heated to a temperature of 60-100&deg;C (S3). Chemicals containing cobalt ions and formic acid are injected into the circulation pipe (S4). A chemical solution containing ferric ion ions and formic acid is injected into the solution containing the cobalt ions and formic acid (S5). Hydrogen peroxide is injected into a solution containing chromium ions, ferric iron ions, etc. (S6) Hydrazine is injected into the solution containing the chromium ions, ferric iron ions, and hydrogen peroxide (S7).
