PURPOSE: An articulator and a three-dimensional measurement device using the same are provided to place the center of a teeth model and the center of the articulator on the same line. CONSTITUTION: An articulator comprises a lower support plate(110), a support bar(120) which is extended upward, a first rotary shaft(130) which is supported in the upper part of the support bar and is rotationally installed, a second rotary shaft(140) which is rotationally installed in the first rotary shaft, an upper support plate(150) which moves three-dimensionally based on the lower support plate, a lower jig(180) which is detachably combined with the lower support plate, and an upper jig(170) which is detachably combined with the upper support plate.
