PURPOSE: A mounting structure for hauling a hook of a vehicle is provided to distribute applied loads by connecting a towing hook to the front surface and lower surface of a front beam outer. CONSTITUTION: A mounting structure for hauling a hook of a vehicle mounts a towing hook(300) to a front beam(100) which consists of a front beam inner(110) and a front beam outer(120). The towing hook is bent as a U shape to equip a first welding unit(310) in the front end and a third welding unit(330) in the rear end. The first welding unit of the towing hook is adhered to the front side of the front beam outer. The upper end of the third welding unit is adhered to the lower surface of the front beam outer. The traction load is dispersed in the front side and lower surface of the front beam.
