PURPOSE: A member store publicity method by using a payment history notification SMS is provided to easily recommend a member store to other people by using a service for receiving a payment history through an SMS after performing payment in the member store. CONSTITUTION: When a payment history is notified to a payer terminal(100) following the card payment approval for a member store client(200), an access link and member store client identification information are transmitted to a callback URL message. When the payer terminal accesses through the callback URL message, a recommendation message about the member store client is delivered to a terminal of the recommended person(500).
