PURPOSE: A heat treatment tool of a titanium pipe welding structure is provided to be manufactured with an austenitic stainless steel to have the tolerance in consideration of the coefficient of thermal expansion between the external diameter of the supporting part and the titanium, thereby having a light weight for transportation. CONSTITUTION: A heat treatment tool of a titanium pipe welding structure comprises a supporting board(110), a pillar(120), and multiple supporting parts(130). The supporting board is installed on the lower part of the titanium pipe welding structure in order to support the lower part of the titanium pipe welding structure. The pillar is established to be protruded upward on the center of the supporting board. The supporting board is formed with an insertion hole(131) into which the supporting part is inserted. The multiple supporting parts are installed with a space each other in the upward and downward direction of the pillar to be installed on the welded part of the titanium pipe. A combining hole(111) for fixing the lower part of pillar is additionally provided on the center of the supporting board. A projection is additionally provided on the circumference of the pillar to settle the supporting part inserted into the pillar in order to be positioned on the welding part of the titanium pipe.
