PURPOSE: A battery system for vehicle is provided to prevent that the malfunction of a battery module part leads to the overall disconnection of a battery power by having a reinforced structure of an independent management function by a unit cell module. CONSTITUTION: A battery module(10) equips connection links. The connection links are sequentially connected with unit cells(12). A first switch unit(20) equips a first switching element(22) and a first detour path(24). The first switching element performs the on/off switching of the connection link. The first detour path detours to a cut unit cell and connects a unit cell arranged next to a cut unit cell. A controller(30) grasps a malfunction by unit cell.
