PURPOSE: A steel reinforcement cutting apparatus is provided to cut a reinforcement by using a guide unit on formed on a transferring unit for one steel reinforcement at a time to be inserted into a cutting-out hole, thereby preventing damages to a screw thread formed on the outer circumferential surface of the steel reinforcement. CONSTITUTION: A steel reinforcement cutting apparatus comprises a guide unit(20), a rotary motion part(30), and a cutting-out part(40). The guide unit is formed on a transfer unit to which a steel reinforcement formed with a screw thread on the outer circumference is transferred, isolates and guides the steel reinforcement in a longitudinal direction. The rotary motion part lifts the second blade(42b) of the steel reinforcement transferred by the guidance of the guide unit. The cutting-out part cuts out the one side of the steel reinforcement by multiple blades lifted with a reciprocal crossing movement, wherein the fixed cutting length of the steel reinforcement is transferred through the guide unit to the cutting part. A push unit(11) is formed on the transport unit for the steel reinforcement not to be broken away from transport unit by pressing the other side of the steel reinforcement. The guide unit is formed on the transport unit in the longitudinal direction of the steel reinforcement, and composed of multiple guide plates(21) in order to guide one of multiple steel reinforcements at a time.
