This appts. provides functions as a sectionalizer for a zerovoltage state and a circuit breaker for a over load state. The sectionalizer stage comprises a current suppressor, n inrushing current suppressor and an inrushing current timing circuit, and it is connected through an inter-lock circuit to the overloadswitching stage. The switching stage comprises a cut-off current detction circuit, a flattening circuit, a timing reset circuit and a phse timing circuit.
