PURPOSE: A managing method of a mobile terminal and a system thereof are provided to supply an individualized service by group which a mobile terminal belongs to. CONSTITUTION: In case a mobile terminal is located within a security area, an MDM(Mobile Device Management) client(110) manages the security of the mobile terminal according to a profile of a group which the mobile terminal belongs to. The MDM client includes an administrator authority control unit(200). If a release event of an administrator authority happens, the administrator authority control unit re-registers the administrator authority through a device policy manager component included in an application framework layer of the mobile terminal. The administrator authority control unit prevents the deletion of the MDM client.
