Device for setting stones. The invention relates to a device enabling stones to be set by screwing in order to make it possible to remove, change, check and clean the latter. It consists of a male casing, Figure 4, which is threaded 5, pierced 8, with a lip 7 and milling 4 making it possible to receive the culet (collet) of the stone. It consists of a female casing, Figure 2, which is threaded 2 with a lip 1 matching the configuration of the stone. The female casing, Figure 2, is screwed onto the male casing, Figure 4, and encloses the stone 3 placed on its housing 4 with the aid of the lip 1. The device according to the invention is intended particularly for setting precious, semi-precious and synthetic stones. <IMAGE>
