ARC ENERGY ABSORPTION TYPE SWITCHGEAR FOR SAFETY GUARD

PURPOSE: An arc energy absorption type switchgear for safety guard is provided to quickly remove arc by using an arc sensor and a transformer for accurately sensing the arc. CONSTITUTION: A transformer(120) transmits a abnormal signal. An arc protection monitor(130) transmits a break signal and an arc extinction signal if it is out of order. A capacitor bank(140) discharges DC voltage according to the arc extinction signal. An arc extinction device(150) recovers the DC voltage of the capacitor bank. A breaker(160) blocks a main power source after the arc is removed.
