<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylene-based multilayer film which maintain transparency, stiffness and appropriate heat seal strength which are obtainved from an ethylenic polymer composition and do not cause curling, and to provide a package. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayer film with a structure composed of a layer made of a polyethylene (A) and layers made of a polyethylene (B) formed on both sides of the layer made of the polyethylene (A), respectively, meets all the following requirements: (1) a density of the polyethylene (A) and a density of the polyethylene (B) are 0.910-0.940 g/cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>; (2) the density of the polyethylene (A) is smaller than the density of the polyethylene (B) and a difference in density is 0.01 g/cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>or less; (3) a weight-average molecular weight (Mw) of the polyethylene (A) is 90,000 (g/mol) or more, a ratio Mw/Mn of the weight-average molecular weight (Mw) to the number-average molecular weight (Mn) is 4 or more and an extracted volume of oligomer against the weight of the polyethylene (A) is 1 wt.% or more; and (4) a weight-average molecular weight (Mw) of the polyethylene (B) is less than 90,000 (g/mol), a ratio Mw/Mn of the weight average molecular weight (Mw) to the number-average molecular weight (Mn) is less than 4, and an the extracted volume of the oligomer against the weight of the polyethylene (B) is less than 1 wt.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
