METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BED SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a bed sheet with excellent texture.

SOLUTION: A polyethylene raw material obtained by mixing a master patch made of polyethylene resin containing titanium oxide powder with polyethylene is prepared. The polyethylene raw material is fed to a T-die, and a polyethylene film is bonded to the surface of a non-woven fabric by an extrusion lamination method to obtain a double-layered bonded product made of polyethylene film/non-woven fabric. Next, the polyethylene raw material is fed to the T-die, and a polyethylene film is bonded to the surface of the polyethylene film of the double-layered bonded product made of polyethylene film/non-woven fabric by the extrusion lamination method to obtain the bed sheet of the triple-layered bonded product made of polyethylene film/polyethylene film/non-woven fabric.
