<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna apparatus that can improve antenna gain of a glass antenna by electrically stabilizing a connection between a ground part and a vehicle body. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle antenna apparatus includes: a window glass 12 attached to a flange 51 of a vehicle body frame 50; and a glass antenna 300 having, in the window glass 12, antenna conductors 1-4, non-feeding conductors 5 and 6, a feeding part 16 and a ground part 17. When the ground part 17 is viewed from a normal direction of the window glass 12, the ground part 17 includes a ground portion 17A having a region not overlapped with the flange 51; and a ground portion 17B having a region overlapped with the flange 51.
