<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor system capable of suppressing consumption power of respective sensor tags, even when a plurality of sensor tags are installed in a wide range of area, and collecting measurement information from the respective sensor tags to a reader/writer by radio communication so as to measure states of respective measurement target parts of a measurement target for a long period. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor system 1 according to the invention includes: a sensor tag 2a having a first sensor that measures a state of a first measurement target part and a first communication unit that has a function for wirelessly transmitting the measurement information of the first sensor; a sensor tag 2b having a second sensor that measures a state of a second measurement target part and a second communication unit that has a function for wirelessly transmitting the measurement information of the second sensor; and a reader/writer 3 that has a function for receiving the measurement information wirelessly transmitted from the first communication unit.
