<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a whitening agent which has excellent melanogenesis depression. <P>SOLUTION: This whitening agent is a compound shown by general formula (1). In the formula, A shows one kind of elements of Groups 7 and 8 in the periodic table; J shows a halogen element, NO<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, OH, or H<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O; R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>shows H, Cl, CH<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, NO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>or pyrrolidine binding at the first position; R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>shows H, OCH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>COOC<SB POS="POST">2</SB>H<SB POS="POST">5</SB>or OCH<SB POS="POST">3</SB>; R<SB POS="POST">3</SB>shows H or CH<SB POS="POST">3</SB>; and at least two kinds of R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>and R<SB POS="POST">3</SB>are H. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
