<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants type absorbent article which is easily pulled up to the waist of a wearer, and does not damage stretchability of a waist opening further. <P>SOLUTION: The underpants type absorbent article 200 includes: an absorption body part 10 having a liquid permeable top sheet 4, a liquid impermeable back sheet 6, and an absorber 2 arranged between the top sheet and the back sheet; and an exterior sheet 20 which extends around the body part while overlapping the body part on the outer side of the back sheet, has a front side area 21 for covering the waist and a crotch part on the abdominal side of a wearer and a rear side area 22 for covering the waist and the crotch part on the back side of the wearer, and forms the waist opening 201 and a pair of leg openings 202 and 203 to be stretched in a circumferential direction. The end part of the exterior sheet facing the waist opening is folded downwards at a first folding point P1 to form a first folded part 30, a handle 35 welded at prescribed positions at an interval in the circumferential direction of the first folded part is provided further, and the handle is stretchable in the circumferential direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
