PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress electric power required for reception in radio communication.

SOLUTION: A radio communication apparatus, radio communication method and radio communications system according to the present invention reads out history information from a circuit for storing start records as history information when the apparatus is driven by radio waves from the outside and receives the electric waves from the outside for starting, thereby conducting radio communication suited to the read-out history information for saving of standby power.
