<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectroscopic imaging apparatus capable of shortening time required for focusing. <P>SOLUTION: A spectroscopic imaging apparatus includes: a condenser lens 10 for condensing light from a subject; a light shielding member 21 having a slit 21a which allows light to pass through from a linear region of the subject out of the condensed light; spectroscopic means 22; light detecting means 26 for acquiring images of the linear region by detecting light intensity for each position and wavelength of the linear region in a longitudinal direction; an image acquisition unit 41 that acquires an image of an imaging region by sequentially receiving the images of the linear region from the light detecting means; and focusing means 30 for focusing the images by changing a relative distance in an optical axis direction of the condenser lens, the slit, the spectroscopic means, or the light detecting means, with respect to the subject. The image acquisition unit is configured to acquire an image of a region, which includes a portion that is being focused and which is narrower than the imaging region of the subject, by setting the relative distance, and to acquire the image of the imaging region at the relative distance where the image of the narrow region is in focus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
