<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the forming in a reciprocal manner, to achieve the miniaturization; to reduce the press abrasion property; to improve the work efficiency of the bulge working; and to efficiently perform the forming at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A material such as a tube stock set in a conveying area is passed through a forming area, and transferred to a reception area. The tube stock is again subjected to the forming while returning the stock tube to the forming area, and extruded in the conveying area as a formed product of the material.
