<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relay emergency information transmitted as control information of a first network to a second network. <P>SOLUTION: A communication apparatus comprises a reception part, an extraction part, a generation part, and a transmission part. The reception part receives a signal from the first network which uses a first communication method. The extraction part extracts notification information which is broadcast for notifying a communication apparatus belonging to the first network and also used in a communication apparatus belonging to the second network, from the signal received via a control channel of the first network. At this point, the second network uses a second communication method which is different from the first communication method. The generation part generates a notification frame used for notifying the communication apparatus belonging to the second network of the notification information.
