<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasticizer for plastic, which has a simple structure and is shortened in axial size so as to manufacture various machines compactly at low costs. <P>SOLUTION: The plasticizer for plastic includes a heating cylinder 10 which heats a plastic material M and serves as a passage for sending the plastic material from a rear side to a front side, a screw 20 which rotates inside the heating cylinder 10 to send the plastic material M from the rear side to the front side, and a heating cylinder head 30 which includes an internal surface 31 that a front end surface 21 of the screw 20 faces closely, and is provided with an exit passage 32 for molten plastic at an axis center part, and is made larger in diameter and shortened in axial length. The screw 20 is provided with a plurality of spiral grooves 22 at an external-diameter part, and also provided with a front end surface 21 flatly, and a spiral groove 33 communicating with the exit passage 32 is provided on an internal surface 31 of the heating cylinder head 30 around the exit passage 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
