PURPOSE: An information processing method and a recording medium thereof are provided to increase product sales by tracing a product promotion route through a social network by using an image code including customer information and seller information. CONSTITUTION: A data generating unit(210) extracts or confirms customer ID information through a customer information database. The data generating unit generates raw data including the customer ID information, seller information, and additional information about products. A data processing unit converts the raw data into an image code. The data processing unit processes the image code in an input data format.
