Disclosed are a transport format adjustment method, related device, and system for parallel multi-carrier TFRC selections. The method of the embodiments of the present invention comprises: acquiring status information of a cell user transmitted by a data processing device; determining the initial transport format of the cell user according to the status information; acquiring the volume of the data to be transmitted by the cell user transmitted by the data processing device; adjusting the initial transport format according to the volume of the data to be transmitted. Also provided are a device and system for enabling the method.
