<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device having a spherical shape capable of detecting an X-coordinate, a Y-coordinate and a Z-coordinate of a point touched by a user, transmitting the same to a PC, TV or BD player and allowing the user to operate on an object of 3D graphics displayed on a display screen. <P>SOLUTION: The input device comprises: a first input section that detects input coordinates including an X-coordinate, a Y-coordinate and a Z-coordinate and contact/non-contact; a first information generating section that receives information on the input coordinates and contact/non-contact from the first input section and generates first input information; and a message control section that encodes the first input information generated by the first information generate section on a communication protocol and transmits the same. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
