TRAVEL GUIDING DEVICE, TRAVEL GUIDING METHOD AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel guiding device, a travel guiding method and a computer program that allow an occupant getting out of a vehicle to accurately determine whether he/she needs rain gear or not.

SOLUTION: The travel guiding device, the travel guiding method and the computer program are configured to: set a guide route to a destination of the vehicle (S2); predict expected arrival time to the destination of the vehicle (S3); acquire weather prediction information in the destination at the predicted expected arrival time (S4); and give a guidance about the rain gear if it is determined that the rain gear is needed under weather in the destination at the expected arrival time and a facility set as the destination does not have a roof (S11).
