<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation input device and electronic apparatus using the power generation input device capable of generating high-output electromotive force without requiring excessive control force. <P>SOLUTION: A first opposite end 4a and second opposite end 4b are formed on a magnetic circuit formation member 3 around which a power generation coil is wound. A rotator 10 has a permanent magnet 21, a first magnetization member 22, and a second magnetization member 23. When control force does not act on an operation member 15, an end face 22a of the first magnetization member 22 faces the first opposite end 4a through a gap, and an end face 23a of the second magnetization member 23 faces the second opposite end 4b through another gap. The rotator 10 rotates when the operation member 15 is pushed, and the operation member 15 and the rotator 10 return when the force on the operation member 15 is released. Force required for operating the operation member 15 is relatively weak because the rotator 10 and the magnetic circuit formation member 3 are not in contact with each other, and the rotator 10 rotates instantaneously by magnetic attraction.
