<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating contaminated soil containing radioactive materials which can completely remove radioactive materials from contaminated soil containing hazardous radioactive materials. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for treating contaminated soil containing radioactive materials, a radioactive element adsorbent is added in a part of a washing process of contaminated soil, soil washing water containing solid matter having adsorbed radioactive elements is separated into completely harmless purified water and sludge, which is solid matter containing harmful radioactive materials, through a solid-liquid separator, the solid matter containing the harmful radioactive materials is enclosed in a radiation shielding capsule to completely prevent the leakage of radiation, and the completely harmless purified water forms a closed circulation circuit to be reused as contaminated soil washing water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
