PURPOSE: A system for monitoring the insulation condition of electric motors is provided to obtain various insulation factors by including a power supply unit, a current measuring unit, a factor extracting unit. CONSTITUTION: In a system for monitoring the insulation condition of electric motors, a power supply unit(110) supplies DC voltage ad a AC voltage to a motor when the electric motor is stopped. A measurement unit(120) measures the voltage and current supplied to the motor when voltage is supplied. A factor extracting unit calculates DC insulation resistance value of the electric motor using the measured current and voltage when DC voltage is supplied while calculates the phase between AC voltage and AC current when AC voltage is supplied. |
