<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress surface appearance defects (surface irregularity, color tone deviation) observed in an electrogalvanized steel strip which is subjected to electrogalvanized plating after Ni strike plating. <P>SOLUTION: The electrogalvanized steel strip includes: a first layer which is an Ni plating layer with an average deposition amount of 1-30 mg/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>; on top of the first layer, a second layer consisting of organic compounds (such as thiourea) having one or more of amine compounds (such as polyethylene imine) and an S-containing functional group, and having a deposition amount, in terms of the total amount of the organic compounds, of 0.002 mg/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>or more and 1 mg/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>or less; a third layer consisting of the electrogalvanized plating layer containing 95 mass% or more of Zn; and in certain instances, a fourth layer consisting of a chromium-free coating. Dispersion in brightness difference of a surface of an outermost layer which is the electrogalvanizing layer or the chromium-free coating layer is 2% or less with respect to an average brightness so that a beautiful appearance in which unevenness of the surface can not be observed by a visual observation is presented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
