<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time required for the whole calibration work on temperature characteristics of a plurality of pieces of work. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for calibrating temperature characteristics, a plurality of pieces of work (WG<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-WG<SB POS="POST">n</SB>) having specific temperature characteristics are housed in the same thermostat bath H and calibration of temperature characteristics is performed in a state where a work temperature is stabilized by temperature adjusting means A at a predetermined temperature. The method comprises: a work setting process for setting each piece of the work in the thermostat bath H so that a stabilization time, which is the time until the work temperature is made to be in a stable state at the predetermined temperature, is different for each piece of the work; and a calibration process for sequentially performing the calibration of temperature characteristics at the time when the stabilization time of each piece of the work has elapsed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
