<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the incomplete connection of a pipe to a pipe joint. <P>SOLUTION: The pipe joint 10 comprises an outer cylindrical body 15 in which the pipe P is inserted into the tip side in the axial direction, and a holding ring 42 which is arranged at the internal peripheral face of the outer cylindrical body 15 and locked to the external peripheral face of the pipe P which is inserted into the outer cylindrical body 15. An inside diameter Dci of the tip in the axial direction at the holding ring 42 is formed smaller than an outside diameter Dpo of the pipe P and larger than an outside diameter of an end edge when chamfering 60 is applied to the external end edge of the pipe P. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
