<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas dissolving device and a gas dissolving method, in which a liquid in which a gas is dissolved can be transported to a next process while the discharge of the dissolved gas is suppressed to the minimum, even in the case of a hardly soluble gas. <P>SOLUTION: The gas dissolving device has a configuration including: a gas injection section for injecting the gas pressurized to a predetermined pressure; a liquid injection section for injecting a liquid pressurized to a predetermined pressure; a gas-liquid mixture melting section that has a gas-liquid mixture dissolver that is connected with the gas injection section and the liquid injection section and mixes the injected gas and liquid to dissolve and a back pressure valve to decompress the liquid containing the gas dissolved therein to a predetermined pressure that is lower than the pressure at the injection; a gas-liquid separation section that is connected with the gas-liquid mixture melting section, and stores the liquid, containing the gas dissolved therein, pressurized to the predetermined pressure that is lower than the pressure at the injection and the gas that does not dissolved in the gas-liquid mixture melting section for a predetermined time and separates; and a decompression conduit section that is connected with the gas-liquid separation section, has a predetermined length and a predetermined diameter size, and decompresses the liquid containing the gas dissolved therein. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
