<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat reclining apparatus for vehicle that can improve operation feeling when the external force acts on the release operation in an engagement state of an internal tooth and a pole of an external tooth. <P>SOLUTION: A first pole 31A is moved to the radial direction where the engagement state of external tooth 44 and internal tooth 23 is released by the rotating operation to resist the biasing force of the spiral spring to a cam 32. A radial direction inner surface of an inner surface cam part 45 opposing to a cam surface 55 of the cam 32 has a plurality of pole side cam surfaces 50a-50c that are arranged in parallel in the circumferential direction. The plurality of pole side cam surfaces 50a-50c are molded so that the cam surface 55 may contact all in the engagement state of the external tooth 44 and the internal tooth 23, and all gaps in the radial direction with the cam surface 55 when the first pole 31A moves to the radial direction that the engagement state of the external tooth 44 and the internal tooth 23 releases may become uniform. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
