<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for producing sterilized water. <P>SOLUTION: Effective chlorine-containing water is supplied from a water inlet port 11 to an ejector 14 and mixed with air. Bubbles of mixed air are crushed to pieces by vortex shearing force in a static mixer 17 and further a part of air is dissolved in effective chlorine-containing water. After that, the solution is exposed to atmosphere when passing through a throttle valve 18. Air which has reached saturation state is bubbled again to form micro bubbles, and is discharged from a discharge port 12, and then ultrasonic energy in a bath 10 for generating ultrasound is supplied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
