The aim of the present invention is to provide a display panel and a display device equipped with the display panel, said display panel having a structure that mitigates the impact of heat generated in the power feed path to a display region where video is to be displayed. This display panel is characterized by being provided with: a plurality of flexible substrates (120) on which first power supply lines (121) for feeding power are mounted; a substrate (110) comprising a first surface (111) provided with a display region having a plurality of display pixels arranged so as to display video, a second surface (112) on the opposite side to the first surface, and second power supply lines (113) that connect the first power supply lines and the display pixels; a thermal conduction member (130) that partially covers the second surface and that conducts heat in the in-plane direction; and a thermal conduction seal (140) that covers the periphery of the thermal conduction member. The display panel is further characterized by: the first surface comprising placement regions where the second power lines are placed and that are disposed between the plurality of flexible substrates and the display region; the second surface comprising a first region on the opposite side to the display region and a second region on the opposite side to the placement regions; the thermal conduction member covering at least the first region; and the thermal conduction seal covering the second region.
