The element (10) has a freely projecting guide (14) bent from a sheet plane on a side (A) of a sheet (16) and extended in a plane parallel to the sheet plane. Fingers (17, 18) are freely projected in a plug-in direction (X) of the connection element and extended parallel to the guide in the sheet plane. The fingers form a front end (12) of the connection element in the plug-in direction. A contacting section (22) connects electric conductors, which are provided at an end of the element, where the end of the element lies opposite to freely projecting ends of the guide and the fingers.
