PURPOSE: A drillship with a lower deck for storing drilling equipment is provided to increase the stability of the drillship by lowering the center of gravity of the drillship by storing an anti-eruption device lower than an upper deck of a hull. CONSTITUTION: A drillship(10) with a lower deck for storing drilling equipment comprises a lower deck(500), an upper deck(400), a moonpool(700), and a flap(800). The lower deck is formed under the upper deck to position drilling equipment under the upper deck of the drillship. The upper deck is connected to one side of the lower deck. The moonpool is connected to the other side of the lower deck. The flap opens and closes the moonpool. One end of the flap is hinge-coupled at the bottom of the moonpool and the other end thereof is connected to a tension unit(660).
