PURPOSE: A thermosetting inkjet ink is provided to form a curing membrane with excellent thermal, electrical and mechanical properties and excellent chemical resistance on a flexible substrate at low temperatures. CONSTITUTION: A thermosetting inkjet ink comprises a compound indicated in chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R^1 is a C2-100 organic group, each of R^2 is -R^3 or a group indicated in chemical formula 2, at least of R^1 and R^2 is a crosslinkable group, and R^3 is a C1-10 organic group. In chemical formula 2, R^4 is a C1-5 organic group, R^5 is hydrogen or a C1-5 organic group, R^6 is a C2-60 organic group, and n is an integer from 0-3. |
