PURPOSE: A complex powder and a cosmetic composition containing the same are provided to excellently cover skin spots and enable natural skin expression. CONSTITUTION: A complex powder contains powder and particulate powder. The powder has curved surface and/or flat surface. The surface is coated with the particulate powder. The powder has a hemi spherical, semi-elliptical, disk, cylindrical, tetrahedral, or pyramide shape. The powder is formed of silica, alumina, nylon, methyl methacrylate, polymethyl methacrylate, silicone elastomer, acryl-based polymer, methyl siloxane net-shaped polymer, crosslinking dimethyl polysiloxane, or a plant-derived extract. A cosmetic composition contains 2-80 wt% of the composite powder as an active ingredient.
