PURPOSE: A method for adhering cypress powder and an adhesive pad are provided to easily adhere the cypress powder on a product and to enhance the duration of phytoncide effect. CONSTITUTION: A method for adhering cypress powder comprises: a step of extracting cypress leaves or stems using carbon dioxide of a supercritical state and preparing a primary extract; a step of adding a carbon dioxide solvent to the primary extract and separating into a secondary extract of essential oil ingredient and sludge of a bituminous ingredient; a step of pulverizing the cypress leaves or stems and mixing the sludge and binder with the cypress powder; a step of spraying the mixture onto the surface of a fabric; and a step of drying the mixture.
