HYBRID CORD COMPRISED OF POLYKETONE CORD AND NYLON 66 CORD, AND RADIAL TIRE COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A hybrid code between and a radial tire thereof are provided to improve steering stability by applying a hybrid code formed by doubling and twisting a polyketone code and a polyamide 66 code to a reinforcing belt. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly high performance radial tire is formed by doubling and twisting the polyketone code and the polyamide 66 code at a ratio of 15:85 or 85:15. The hybrid code is processed by adhesion using the resorcinol-formaldehyde latex. The fineness of the polyketone-polyamide 66 hybrid codes is from 800 to 6000 denier. The tensile strength of the polyketone code is 13g/d or greater. The Young modulus of the polyketone code is 200g/d or greater. An initial modulus is 20g/D or less in the deformation less than 1%.
