PURPOSE: A latch opening device for a test handler is provided to prevent deformation of a test tray when a latch is opened from the test tray. CONSTITUTION: A latch opening device for a test handler includes an open plate(100), a driving unit(200) and a driving control unit(300). An open plate is faced with a test tray having latches fixing a plurality of electronic components through an elastic force. The open plate has a pusher opening the latches in a site which is faced with the test tray. The driving unit provides a driving force to the test tray or the open plate so that the pusher opens a latch. The driving control unit controls the driving force.
