PURPOSE: A road pavement block, a road pavement structure thereof and a construction method thereof are provided to make out-flowing water in the large area of roads and road sides to infiltrate into the lower part of a pavement layer, to infiltrate or disperse on the ground or in underground by constructing laminated deep blocks in the lower part of the pavement layer and to supply water into a separated reservoir space. CONSTITUTION: A road pavement structure(40) comprises a bottom sand layer(41), a differential settlement prevention block assembly(42), a deep block assembly(43), a geotextile mat(44), a rubble gravel layer(45), and a ground surface block assembly(46). The differential settlement prevention block assembly is installed on the upper part of the bottom sand layer, and formed by combining differential settlement prevention blocks each other. The deep block assembly(20) is installed by laminating deep blocks with multiple layers on the differential settlement prevention block assembly, and formed by erecting the deep blocks so that the water storage(48) is formed. The geotextile mat is installed on the top surface of the deep block assembly. The rubble gravel layer is installed on the top surface of the geotextile mat. The ground surface block assembly is installed on the top surface of the upper sand layer paved with a constant thickness on the rubble gravel layer, and formed by combining the ground surface blocks(10) with each other in an interlocking way.
