SLAG AND PROCESSING METHOD OF SLAG

PURPOSE: A slag or a slag processing method are provided to control the granularity of slag by controlling the revolution count of a container and the amount of cooling water supplied into the container and prevent environmental pollution by reducing the amount of the slag of waste disposal unnecessarily. CONSTITUTION: A slag processing method comprises a process that a liquid slag is injected to the inside of a container accommodating a ball and a process that the liquid slag is solidified by rotating a container and supplying cooling water into the container and the solidified slag is smashed by using the ball at the same time. A container accommodates the iron ball of 30-50 ton. The revolution count of a container is 2-4 rpm. The amount of cooling water is 60-220 ton/hr. The average granularity of smashed slag is 10mm or more. A slag consists of the first pulverized body occupying 50-93% about a whole share in 5mm or less of average granularity, the second pulverized body occupying 2-22% about the whole share in 10mm or more of average granularity, and the third pulverized body occupying the rest about the whole share except the first and second pulverized body.
